In loving memory of my husband and best friend Ken who passed away September 14, 2002.
It's sad to walk the road alone,
Instead of side by side,
But God saw the hills for you,
Were getting hard to climb.
So He put His arms around you,
And whispered "peace be thine."
My life must go on now,
I know that this is true,
But my life is not the samedear
Since the day that I lost you.
If tears could build a stairway,
And memories a lane,
I'd walk right up to Heaven,
And bring you home again.
Dearly loved and sadly missed
Doreen" [Orangeville Citizen, September 19, 2003, page 22, column 8 - In Memoriam]

"COUTTS
In memory of our Dad and Grandpa.
Watch over us and guide
us from above
as we carry on our lives
without you.
And silent the tears that fall,
Living our lives without you,
Is the hardest part of all
You did so many things for us,
Your heart was kind and true,
And when we needed someone,
We could always count on you.
Thank goodness for our memories,
Of our Dad so dear and strong.
Paul, John and families." [Orangeville Citizen, September 19, 2003, page 22, column 8 - In Memoriam]
